Frequently asked
- How are Fantasy points (FPT) scored in EuroLeague Fantasy?
- A player scores his PIR (performance index rating) in the game. If his team wins, he gets a 10% bonus on the absolute value of that PIR, so 20 PIR in a win is 22 FPT and -3 PIR in a win is -2.7 FPT.
- How does a player's price change after a round?
- The change is (FPT - 1.1 x price) / 25, rounded first to two decimals and then to one, with halves rounded away from zero. A 10.0-credit player needs about 11 FPT to keep his price; 21 FPT adds 0.4 credits. Prices never go below 4.0.
- What happens to the price of a player who does not play?
- If his team plays and he does not, his price drops 0.1 credits (never below 4.0). If his team has no game that round, his price does not change.
- When do EuroLeague Fantasy prices change?
- Once every game of the round has been played. FantaSheet shows the projected change during the round and the final list on the round's price changes page.
- How do coaches score and change price?
- A coach scores by result: a win by 10 or less (or in overtime) +10, by 11 to 20 +20, by more than 20 +25; a loss by 10 or less (or in overtime) -5, by 11 to 20 -10, by more than 20 -20. His price changes by (points - price) / 40, rounded in two steps with halves rounded up, and never below 4.0.
- How do captains work?
- You choose a captain for each day of the round, and the captain's Fantasy points count double. Picking the best player of each day, not just of the round, is where most of the difference between managers is made.
- What is xPTS?
- xPTS is FantaSheet's expected Fantasy points for a player in his next game, with a floor and a ceiling. It combines his minutes and recent form with the opponent, home or away, and the injuries in both teams.
- Is FantaSheet the official EuroLeague Fantasy game?
- No. FantaSheet is an independent stats service for EuroLeague Fantasy managers and is not affiliated with Euroleague Basketball, Dunkest or any club.
